Fresh organic fruit & veg from Abel & Cole
The idea is very simple and surprisingly low maintenance: each week, the school is supplied with bags of freshly harvested organic fruit and vegetables. Parents and teachers sign up for a bag; when they collect it, they pay for the next week so there is no hassle or wastage.
The bags are excellent value and prices start at an accessible £5. The school receives 25% of the price of every bag sold, the organic farmers are getting the scheme's support and everyone gets to stock up on delicious fruit and veg - it couldn't be better! To get the full details click here

Empties Please
You can help FOSMAS raise funds and to encourage the next generation to get greener! 'Empties Please' will collect your used printer cartridges and donate the money raised straight back to FOSMAS. They will pay £1 for an original manufacturer cartridge of HP, Lexmark, Dell and any Canon labeled – PG37, PG40, PG50, PG510, PG512, CL37, CL38 CL41, CL51, CL52, CL511 and CL513.
All you have to do is to hand he empty cartridges into the school office, or put in the recycling bin outside the library.
