RUNNING FOR FUN AND A GOOD CAUSE!

On a lovely summers evening, Friday 30 June, children from all years and their parents gathered for the fun run in Kensington Gardens.  We ran three distances: 1km for reception and Years 1 and 2, 2.3km for Years 3 and 4 and 3.5km for years 5 and 6.  The children did really well and competed until the finish line.

After the hard work, children were offered drinks and yummy snacks from the Friday Frenzy stand organised by the reception parents.  

Thank you to all parents for taking time off and join us on the run and to the reception parents for the Friday Frenzy.  Last but not least, thank you to all who donated so generously and in particular the amazing Mircea Bucur and Ioana Bozan, whose match funding from their respective employers BT and Santander ensured that we raised in excess of GBP8k, including Gift Aid!
